JOB DESCRIPTION The task of the position will be split as follows: Technical task: - Ensure repair and dismantling on site and in workshop of coffee machines (training will be provided) - Answer user’s request; telephone hotline, maintenance visits to schedule within 48 hours of customer’s call. - Ensure after-sales service through different visits on site, while respecting Nespresso’s standards of service (bi-annual preventive maintenance visits to the appropriate person of contact). - Ensure proper management of Technical workshop, machine verifications, and troubleshooting. Administrative task: - Events logistics. - Follow up with customers. - Stock management. - General administrative duties. - Showroom management Being a small and dynamic company, the management will be expecting the highest dedication of the person, which will be hired at the technician specialist position and will measure its results accordingly. EMPLOYMENT FULFILLMENT The position is Cambridge (MA) based.
