- Software and hardware procurement
- Software and hardware support
- User training and guidance
- Vendor relations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT user support
- Efficiency in Mac/Linux/Windows environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced start-up environment
