Social Worker, MSW
You will coordinate the social service needs of adolescentand individuals in our Teen and Primary Care Clinics by providing counseling, crisis intervention, case management and concrete services. You will also compile information and resources for adolescents, individuals and families. The successful candidate will become part of a multi-disciplinary team of physicians, nurses, social workers and paraprofessionals. Full orientation provided
QUALIFICATIONS:
You will have a Masters in Social Work with a current LCSW or LICSW license. You must be an experienced clinician with a minimum of 1 year working in a multicultural community setting. Previous work with adolescent population andbi-lingual skills are advantageous.
