We provide full end-to-end Business IT Solutions covering design, implementation, maintenance, and support (Computer, network, privacy/security, onsite and offsite backup/recovery, website, hosting, Voice over IP telephone, printer/scanner). Job Description:
As a member of the Small Business IT Solutions team, you will help design, implement, support and promote our services. This position require a broad range of technology knowledge and the ability to learn new technologies and environments.

Required Skills:
* Communication - ability to communicate with non-technical end users
* Network troubleshooting (Router, Firewall, VPN)
* Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Windows Server Administration (Windows 2000, 2003 Server)
* Windows Operating System (Windows 2000, XP Home/Professional, Vista)
* Security and Privacy concepts
* Virus, Spyware, Adware removal and protection
* Some hardware repair
 
Optional Skills:
* Remote Servicing
* Web Server, Email Server, Exchange Server
* Linux Server, Mac
* Voip telephony, PBX
* Smart Phone (iPhone, Treo, Blackberry)

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years job experience preferred.
