 | | Eze Castle Software is currently seeking a Senior SQL Server Development DBA to join our core SQL Server/DBA Development team.Eze Castle Software is a member of BNY ConvergEx Group, a premier provider of agency trading and investment technology. We provide our clients with real-time, global investment technology solutions to automate their investment process. Our core offering, the award-winning Eze OMS streamlines the trading workflow by bringing together the functionality to support portfolio management, compliance, trading, and operations in a single platform. Job Functions - Database design and development to support our entire product suite;
- Writing SQL code (stored procedures, triggers, database scripts) to implement business logic and database maintenance;
- Database performance tuning, troubleshooting;
- Data modeling using CASE tools;
- Participation in the design and implementation of a data access layer;
- Various database administration tasks in our development and test environments.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field;
- 5+ years experience with SQL Server 2000/2005 designing databases and implementing database applications (transactional and/or data warehouse);
- Experience with SSIS, BI/Analysis Services, Reporting Services, Replication;
- Very good knowledge of T-SQL and Microsoft database tools;
- Experience with database administration in a development/production environment;
- Experience with distributed applications, C#, .NET;
- Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Previous experience in a Team Lead role is desirable.
