Position/responsibilities We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to serve as a Senior Manager of Email Marketing in our Brand & Customer Marketing group.Specific responsibilities to include: -Participation in development of overall e-mail marketing and customer contact strategy to support customer and content acquisition outside of the US. -Hands on management of thelaunch of CRM programs to support international business growth -Work with local market resources to identify, build and manage programs including determining whether to translate existing programs or build new based on global market needs -Manage integration of CPM advertising and sponsorships into email programs -Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, design, editorial and engineering teams to deliver on the strategy, developing detailed project specifications and providing end-to-end project management -Work with product managers to launch points of customer engagement on non-.com domains -Leading the development, monitoring and optimization of programs designed to expand content collection from the core TripAdvisor sites to partner sites -Measure performance and identify levers of improvement -Design and analyze relevant reports, lead test/control design and execution, evaluate commercial and technical performance, and identify enhancement opportunities to maximize ROI Hiring requirements -5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in B2C e-mail marketing, preferably with exposure to both subscription newsletter models and CRM/event-based communications -Strong knowledge of best practices for email creative, segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies, deliverability, list growth, etc. -Experience working with technical staff to build, enhance and troubleshoot e-mail marketing infrastructure -Experience working with external e-mail service providers; vendor selection experience preferred -Strong organization and analytic skills absolutely required. -Demonstrated ability to think creatively. -Experienced business judgment required. -Teamwork skills essential; sense of humor preferred To Apply Please visit http://www.tripadvisor.com/pages/jobs_open_positions.html TripAdvisor is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
