Eze Castle Software is currently seeking a Release Engineering Manager to join our core Development Team team.Eze Castle Software is a member of BNY ConvergEx Group, a premier provider of agency trading and investment technology. Job Functions

• Take on responsibility for day-to-day management of the release engineering and test automation teams.
• Work with the overall development team, QA team, and product management to assist with product integration, and co-ordinate builds and releases.
• Design, develop and maintain build automation and validation processes to scale with the organization.
• Provide build support and troubleshoot build/install problems.
• Analyze requirements then design, develop and maintain high quality installation packages using the latest technologies and innovations in a timely manner.
• Work with the test automation team to provide hands-off product regression testing and result publication.
• Research new technologies and products as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing a release engineering team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• 5+ years of Release Engineering experience shipping product in a Windows environment with at least two years as a lead/manager.
• Strong hands-on experience with InstallShield and .NET
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with TFS, Remote Update Services, SQL Server, Networking, TestComplete, and the investment industry is HIGHLY attractive.
