We seek a Product Marketing Manager to join the team developing and translating business requirements and customer needs into a new generation of web applications. Qualified individuals will grow to develop product business strategy with Sermo's management team and define products to support client goals, aligning them with Sermo's business initiatives. Responsibilities
- Establish standardized product marketing materials for all product features and functions.
- Prioritize and deliver on the sales and account team needs of product marketing.
- Establish product benefits and positioning by market analysis, differentiators, and growing trends.
- Become a Sermo product expert, and participate in prospect and customer relationship building with sales and account management.
- Manage special projects as assigned.
- About 20% travel is required for this position.
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience with the full lifecycle of online product development.
- 3 - 5 years business analysis experience.
- Independent project management experience creating prospect and client materials with internal and external resource teams is critical.
- Strong communication and presentation skills required.
- 4 years of business communications or an internet-related field.
- 1+ years of work experience in an internet company (preferably a b2c company) with an understanding of Internet business models.
- Financial services, pharmaceutical, and healthcare experience is highly valued.

- Strong business acumen complemented by professional polish is needed for this client facing position.
- Proven ability to understand, anticipate, and translate needs into prioritized product marketing materials.
- Exposed to state-of-the-art online technologies.
- Strong cross-departmental communication and project management skills.
