Job Title:Development Associate Reports to:Executive Director FTE:Part Time Permanent Job Description The Development Associate works with the Executive Director and the Development Committee to manage all aspects of the fundraising work at the Plymouth Philharmonic Orchestra. This part-time staff position performs general administrative duties as well as all types of fundraising activities. Major responsibilities include the following: -Writing proposals and reports for private and public grants -Supporting and expanding the individual donor base -Supporting individual donor acknowledgment -Planning and managing fundraising events -Maintaining a schedule for all development activities -Creating and maintaining a development database -Supporting the creation of an annual development plan -Marketing the work of the organization to broad audiences -Assisting the Executive Director with other work as needed.
