This is a flexible schedule, 20-24 hours per week position in an informal suburban office with covered parking and easy access to Route 128.The position is for the office and administrative assistant for an established investment professional. Core responsibilities for the position include: > Prepare client correspondence and reports. > Perform a broad range of online client transactions. > Maintain client files and databases. The ideal candidate should posess the following characteristics and qualifications: > Associates degree or better. > Effective communication and organizational skills. > Solid computer skills with word processing and spreadsheet experience. > Possess excellent attention to detail and take pride in quality of work product. > Be a self-starter with ability to work independently and assign priorities to multiple projects. > Ability to learn new software routines. > Knowledge of Lotus 123 a plus.
