Preference is given to candidates who are passionate about delivering IT solutions and services that are energy efficient and environmentally sensitive.

We have an urgent need for candidates with Cisco Certification, in addition to Microsoft Certification andexperience.
At Tech Networks of Boston, preference is given to candidates who have demonstrated experience with full IT lifecycle support including:
-delivery of onsite IT service & support (including maintenance, updates, system administration, etc.)
-deskside support services
-network architecture assessment,performance monitoring and enhancement
-technology lifecycle management
-email, messaging, mobile communications, phone systems, system security & network infrastructure service & support
-software management
-backup management and remote monitoring
-IT physical asset management (including site surveys, moves, risk assessment)
-network documentation and reporting
In addition, the desired candidates will have the:
-ability to travel to client sites (within the Greater Boston area)
-excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
-superior collaborative customer service skills
-ability to work as a dynamic team player
-Microsoft Certifications or Equivalent(expanded certifications -Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist or Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
POSITION AVAILABLE:NETWORK ENGINEERS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-Microsoft Certification MCP+ (or new MS track equivalent)
-3+ Years Work Networking & IT Support Experience (internal or in a service environment)
-Prior experience in a Systems Support, Network Support or equivalent role
