Documentary shooting in May looking to hire several camera/sound people to work some shooting days. Mostly interviews. Need people with own eqpt - camera (please specifiy type - hd/hdv desired); sound (mikes-lavs/boom, etc.); and lights (small light kit needed). This is a low budget/non-commercial shoot - those pros who have to get a certain hourly amount, please feel free to state minimum, but I am on a very tight budget and can only go so high (completely respect that people need to eat). I have no funding and no guarantee this will sell - it is a subject matter that is very important to me (it's about worker's rights). Please be experienced with documentary/narrative. I am not looking for film school students or those fooling around with a video camera. You must have a reel/resume. We will need to meet to discuss the project. Must have a pretty flexible schedule and live in the greater Boston area. There will be multiple days work if it were to work out, but we can start with a one day commitment. these will not be long days. A couple of interviews/following one of the subjects around for a few hours. We will talk about how many crew members will be necessary, but this is going to be kept small.
