Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required.Strong problem resolution skills needed to provide remarkable level of customer care.Should be self-motivated, quick learner, and able to function in a fast paced and multi-tasking environment.Should be comfortable working in team environment with a demonstrated history of high performance and success.Knowledge of international trade industry, and logistical services preferred.Basic computer literacy is necessary.

Experience Level: 1-3 years of customer service, international logistics industry preferred.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Arrange transportation logistics from door to door
-Set up and maintain shipment files
-Document control and distribution to customer base
-Providing rate quotations to customers
-Problem resolution as well as proactive prevention of future problems
-Remarkable email management

Full time M-F day position, starting salary approx $30k (depending on experience), plus benefits.Walking distance to Silverline T stop.Dynamic office environment.Growing company, career promotion opportunities.
