Specific position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Input both candidates and requisitions/open orders in the appropriate system(s) • Administer hiring paperwork for candidates, ensuring accuracy and completeness • Coordinate background and drug screens, as well as physicals. This includes ensuring employees have these completed and with a favorable outcome where required, and ensuring appropriate billing. • Coordinate all new-hire orientations. • Run various daily, weekly and monthly reports to support recruiting in the branch • Additional responsibilities include administrative support, reports analyst, reports gathering; reports developing, and reports management. Position Requirements: • High School education. Post-secondary education is desirable • One+ years experience in internet sourcing, staffing, human resources or administrative support activities in a team environment is preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality • Must possess exceptional organizational, time management, administrative and customer service skills.
