Description: Completes various office support functions of the day to day retail store operation

Responsibilities:
* Accounting Functions include the receiving of all cash, checks and/or bankcard charges for initial deposits, subsequent payments or CODs for sales orders written in a specific store; inputting accurate data in various computer screens to indicate their receipt and appropriate allocation; successfully operating and balancing various authorization machines such as those used for bankcard approval, check approval and/or finance company approvals; Balancing individual drawer representing the day's transactions at the end of the shift
* Customer Interactions Functions include converting and entering sales, editing sales consultant's work, as needed; Assisting customers in the completion of the finance application and explaining Company Policies; Assisting customers with questions regarding the arrival of their furniture and deliveries; Calling customers and scheduling deliveries found by working reports; Answering all incoming calls and either handling the calls or directing to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:
High School diploma
Comfort with computers and data entry
Ability to professionally interact with the public
Attention to detail and accuracy
