Immediate opening for a customer service professional.We are currently interviewing for a Concierge Supervisor at a luxury condominium in Charlestown.Work hours are 3:00PM - 11:00PM.Responsibilities include supervising a small team of hourly service providers, maintaining positive resident and building management relations, responding to resident requests and ensuring building policies and procedures are enforced.
Previous concierge or hospitality experience is a plus.Previous supervsiory experience in a customer service setting is preferred.This is a great opportunity for someone who excels at delivering outstanding customer service on an individual basis and understands the demands of a luxury residential property.
