I find myself in need of a home, that would be a house/apt/possibly even a roomate situation,soon to be Divorced 45 yr old male, smoker, laidback and easy to get along with. after a few weeks or a month i can afford up to 1000. a month,
willing to barter, labor,lite carpentry,plumbing,landscaping,painting,hauling with my truck,cleanup... whatever you need, if im capable im willing.
i need a place to stay.
looking in the southern NH/ or northshore area.
