Monster Mini-Golf, Norwood, MA is a year round indoor mini golf course offering a unique and fun environment for children and adults of all ages. We host parties and offer our guests a mini golf experience like no other. We are currently seeking a competent and experienced candidate for assistant store manager.
The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials:
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to assist the owner in the daily operation of the store
• Proficient at working well under pressure while leading fellow team members to excel to their fullest potential
• Experienced in dealing with party bookings, hosting parties, and with coin operated games/arcades strongly preferred
• Resourceful abilities to drive sales, develop repeat business, and enhance the overall guest experience
• Knowledge of proper cash handling practices and reporting functions
• Capable of performing varying maintenance/service tasks as needed, including the ability to lift 30lbs from floor to shoulder
The typical work schedule for this position is afternoons and evenings, Wednesdays through Sundays, averaging 40 hours per week. Mandatory shifts on Monday holidays, peak vacation days, and school holiday week are required. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
