Delightful Cape Cod cottage, 3 bedroom/2 full bath Cape Cod cottage on well-treed lot in quiet location in resort community (New Seabury) near South Cape Beach in Mashpee. House is a few steps from a pond used for swimming and boating (non-powered), near resort facilities such as bike rental, hiking and biking paths, country store, and miniature golf, and close to ocean beach (see map). Cottage sleeps 6 (7 with fold out sofa in family room). On second floor are 2 bedrooms (one with queen size bed and one with 2 twin beds) and bathroom. Bedroom on first floor has two twin beds together with common headboard. First floor also has full bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen, utility room, large family room with cable TV (broadcast stations), partially screened porch, enclosed outdoor shower and two decks. Linens are not provided except by special arrangement. There are presently both gas and charcoal grills. Includes free DSL, wireless DSL, and local telephone. We do not provide a computer itself, so please bring your own. No pets or smokers, please. Rented Saturday PM to Saturday AM, $1200/week ($2100/2 weeks) from June 19 to Sept. 6 and $1000/week the rest of June and September/October.
