| Comfort: Whether you are buying your first bike or your 100th, one of the biggest determining factors in whether a bike is right for you is how comfortable it is to ride. Two of the biggest things to look at are seat height and riding position. The Honda Shadow VT 600 is one of the most comfortable bikes I have been on, the seat is not only comfortable but the seat height itself is one of the lowest I have seen on a stock cruiser. The seat height can be adjusted down to 25.6 inches, which means even with a short inseam you will be able to comfortably operate this bike. The forward controls and stock bar position make the riding posture just as comfortable. You will love short commutes just as much as the longer rides and still be able to walk when you are done! Economical: With the price of gas climbing and estimated to be over $4.00 this summer, a motorcycle is almost a no brainer! How can you go wrong with 50+ MPG?! Very inexpensive to maintain and its fun too ride at the same time. Power: If you are looking for a bike to race around on, you wouldnt be looking at a cruiser... The 2004 Honda Shadow VT 600 have a very well designed motor and is geared to optimize the power output. This bike is a great commuter bike, it has enough power to get up and go on the highway and is still tame enough to handle city traffic without any issues. Whether you are are looking at this for your first bike, or if you are an old pro you will find a suitable power range for your riding style. Maintenance: This bike has been maintained, new battery just put in the bike this year because it honestly hasnt been riden often enough. The bike has always been garaged and never ridden in bad weather. As you can see by the lack of mileage it was actually very rarely ridden at all. When it was it was ridden by an adult and never abused. |
