We are looking for someone who is not afraid of new or unfamiliar technology, and who is comfortable in front of a computer.FTP knowledge a plus.You will be using various audio and video editing software (knowledge of various audio formats “wav, rm,ul,etc… is a BONUS). Editing packages include Gold wave, Camtasia & Adobe audition.You will produce edited audio CDs (burn CDs, make labels, etc.)
You will be trained to answer basic technical support questions via our helpdesk support line , Processing registrations for conferences will be a daily task as well.
You will be dealing with our clients, so patience and customer service skills are a MUST.
Other light office duties may apply, and you may end up wearing a few different “hats,” so we need you to be enthusiastic, intelligent, and professional and have the ability to multi-task.
This is a contract position to start; we will consider a salary position after 30-60 day trial. Hours are 8 to 5, overtime maybe available.Serious inquiries only.Pay based on experience.
