The apartment is on the 4th floor of a charming older apartment building between Central and Harvard.It features a very sunny living room, eat-in kitchen, and a cozy dining room with wood floors throughout.There is a coin-op washer/dryer in the basement and a laundromat directly across the street. On-street parking is available with a Cambridge resident permit.The rent is $635 or $700, depending upon which bedroom you choose, and includes heat and hot water.
I am a social, laid-back, creative, self-employed professional female in my mid-thirties.My schedule is a bit erratic so I am often home during the day.I'd like to share my home with a female grad student or professional in their late twenties to late thirties who is friendly, considerate and independent.The landlord will require that you are added to the lease and will require references and proof of employment.
